How to Apply

Step 1:  Find your new career


Use our job search section to find current opportunities available.  A keyword search is available to help you find a specific position, and you can narrow your search by category and location. 


Step 2:  Apply


Creating a Job Agent:


Whether you are applying for a specific position, or submitting  an application to be considered for future opportunities, we recommend that you create a Job Agent profile.  This is the easiest way for you to manage and update your information without having to re-enter it each time you apply for a position.   

 

To submit your application for a position, click on the Apply link. You will be directed to the online application form.

Please complete all required fields in the application as indicated, and upload  your resume or enter your resume into the available field.

 

Once your information has successfully submitted, you will receive an email confirmation that we have  received your application.

Once the competition for the position has closed, all applications will be reviewed to determine best fit for the position.  Depending on the match of your skills and experience to the requirements of the position, you may be contacted to arrange for an interview.
Please note that at this time we only will contact those candidates that have been short listed for an interview.  


Step 3: Interviews


Candidates will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager, and other appropriate individuals/team members as required (may include a Human Resource representative, other managers/team members). 

 

Candidates who have completed interview(s), but have not been selected to proceed, will be contacted to let them know.  Successful interview candidates will be contacted to arrange for reference checks.


Step 4: Reference Checks


Viterra will only extend offers of employment upon the successful completion of reference checks. 

 

Step 5: Offer of Employment


Successful candidates will receive an offer of employment in writing from Viterra.

Start date and orientation schedule/information will be discussed and arranged at this time.
