At Viterra, we work with farmers to optimize yields and, through our Identity Preserved (IP) programs, handle their raw commodity, segregate and track it through the grain system to its final destination. IP programs ensure food manufacturers receive only the ingredients suitable for their operations.
AC Navigator
Viterra contracts with producers each year to grow a limited number of acres of AC Navigator. Producers receive contracting premiums for growing this durum seed variety. Barilla, one of Viterra’s premium Italian pasta-processing customers, relies on AC Navigator as a main ingredient in its semolina pasta varieties.
5400IP
5400IP is part of our highly-successful, identity preserved contracting program, and a variety desired for milling and baking. This unique wheat variety meets or exceeds the high quality standards expected by Warburtons, the United Kingdom’s largest independent baker.
Nex 845 CL
