	Thomas Birks Board Chair, Viterra Inc. President, Birinco Inc. Thomas Birks joined Viterra's Board of Directors in March 2005 and was elected as Chair in April 2008. Currently, he is the President of Birinco Inc., a small merchant bank with investment portfolios ranging from private equity to passive investments. His Board experience is diverse, having served as a Board member of numerous corporations, educational institutions, hospitals and foundations.
	Thomas S. Chambers Senior Partner Services Ltd. Board Committees: Audit (Chair); Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Mr. Chambers joined Viterra's Board of Directors in June 2006. He is an experienced professional accountant, senior executive, corporate director and business advisor, most notably having served for 26 years as a Partner in senior management roles with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
	Bonnie DuPont Board Committees: Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability (Chair); Human Resources and Compensation Bonnie DuPont joined Viterra’s Board of Directors in March 2008. She retired as Group Vice President with Enbridge Inc. in Calgary in March 2010, a role in which she was accountable for the Corporate Resources function, Information Technology, Public & Government Affairs, Human Resources, Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility.
	Brian Gibson Senior Vice-President, Alberta Investment Management Corp. Board Committees: Audit; Nominating and Corporate Governance Brian Gibson joined Viterra’s Board of Directors on November 11, 2011. He serves on the Board’s Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Gibson is Senior Vice-President, Public Equities of Alberta Investment Management Corp. (AIMCo).
	P.R. (Perry) Gunner Deputy Chair, Viterra Inc. Board Committees: Human Resources and Compensation; Nominating and Corporate Governance Perry Gunner is Viterra’s Deputy Chair and also serves on Viterra’s Human Resources and Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Prior to joining the Viterra Board, Mr. Gunner was appointed to the ABB Grain Board (as Chairman) in September 2004. Prior to this appointment, he was Deputy Chairman of AusBulk (1997-2004).
	T.J. (Tim) Hearn Chair, Hearn and Associates Board Committees: Nominating and Corporate Governance (Chair); Human Resources and Compensation T.J. (Tim) Hearn joined Viterra’s Board of Directors in May 2008. He is the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance committee and serves on Viterra's Human Resources and Compensation Committee. He served as Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer of Imperial Oil Limited from the time of his appointment in 2002 to his retirement in 2008. Mr. Hearn is presently the Chair of Hearn and Associates.
	Dallas Howe Owner and Chief Executive Officer, DSTC Ltd. Board Committees: Human Resources and Compensation (Chair); Nominating and Corporate Governance Dallas Howe joined Viterra's Board of Directors in March 2005. He is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of DSTC Ltd., a technology investment company, and served in a management role with GE Medical Systems Information Technology, which acquired the company he formerly owned, BDM Information Systems.
	K.G. (Kevin) Osborn Board Committees: Audit; Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Kevin Osborn is a member of the Audit Committee and the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining the Viterra Board he was a Director of ABB Grain. Mr. Osborn is Deputy Chairman of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited where he chairs the Credit Committee and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committees.
	Herb Pinder Jr. President, Goal Group of Companies Board Committees: Audit; Nominating and Corporate Governance Herb Pinder joined the Board in March 2003 and has served on the Board since that date, with the exception of a brief interlude where he sat as an observer. He is President of The Goal Group of Companies which is a private equity manager investing in early stage oil and gas exploration and production companies. He formerly headed the family business as President of Pinders Drugs and later was the President of Goal Sports Corp. which represented professional hockey players.
	Larry Ruud President and Chief Executive Officer, One Earth Farms Corp. Board Committees: Audit; Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Larry Ruud joined Viterra's Board of Directors in March 2008 and serves on its Audit and Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committees. He was a partner with Meyers Norris Penny LLP from 2000 until 2009, and has provided farm management consulting services in Western Canada for the past 15 years.
	M.F. (Max) Venning Board Committees: Human Resources and Compensation; Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Max Venning is a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee and the Safety, Health, Environment and Sustainability Committee. Prior to joining the Viterra Board he was a Deputy Chairman of ABB Grain. Mr. Venning was a previous director of AusBulk and United Grower Holdings Ltd. (2002 – 2004) and was Chairman of AusBulk in 2004.
