Fran Malecha is Viterra’s Chief Operating Officer – Grain. Mr. Malecha is responsible for Viterra’s global grain and oilseed businesses and is fully accountable for all aspects of the commodity value chain, including origination, in-country and port terminal operations, merchandising, logistics and commodity trading globally. In addition, Mr. Malecha is charged with executing internal and external growth initiatives that expand Viterra’s international grains and oilseeds position to drive additional value from the Company’s multiple point origination networks.

Doug Wonnacott, Chief Operating Officer – Agri-Products, is responsible for the growth, expansion and diversification of Viterra's global agri-products portfolio, which includes agronomic services, research and development, seed, crop protection products, fertilizer, equipment, wool and financial services.

Chief Operating Officer – Processing
As Chief Operating Officer – Processing, Karl Gerrand directs all of Viterra's processing operations globally, including wheat and oat milling, malt, pasta, oilseed and feed manufacturing crushing. He is focused on aligning business excellence programs throughout Viterra's value-added processing assets to capitalize on Viterra's commodity origination and procurement expertise.

Bob Miller, Senior Vice-President, Grain – North America, leads Viterra’s business of grain handling and commodity marketing. He is responsible for the grain asset pipeline (from producer to destination customer), including transportation and logistics, country elevator operations, and port terminal operations.
