Pasta Shapes
All of our pastas and egg noodles are made only from the finest durum
wheat grown in the northern plains.
The arid climate, long-summer days,
and sandy-loam soils provide the perfect formula in producing durum
wheat for pasta production. We personally know the farmers too and
select only specific durum wheat varieties that we've tested and we know
will result in pasta with a bright amber color, al dente texture, and
wheaty taste.
