Through our unique partnership and relationships with producers we are able to access a variety of products to meet the needs of our destination customers. With ten processing facilities and experienced professionals we work to originate, process and merchandise various market classes of special crops.
- Dry peas – yellow, green; bagged and bulk
- Dry beans – pinto, navy, black, Great Northern, reds, light red kidney, yellow, pink
- Mustard – yellow, brown, oriental
- Ground mustard – deheated and hot ground
- Lentils – green and red; various sizes
- Canaryseed
- Specialty oats – double and triple re-cleaned, rolled and groats; for the racehorse and bird food trade
- Split peas – yellow and green

These quality standards allow us to analyze critical control points throughout the processing and shipping cycles, and to establish limits, preventive measures and monitoring systems that ensure the integrity of the processes and products.
