Viterra is pleased to announce that Phil Hughes has been appointed Executive Manager for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).
The appointment comes after Tim Krause, Executive Director ANZ, announced his retirement after 13 years with the company, and a successful career in agriculture.
Under Tim’s management, Viterra developed into one of the leading agriculture networks across the ANZ region, and is the leading service provider of its kind in South Australia.
“Tim’s leadership skills have been a great asset not only to our business, but to the development of the Australian agriculture industry as a whole. I’d like to thank him for his contribution to our business, in particular his commitment to supporting producers across the region and his emphasis on demonstrating safety leadership and genuine care for our colleagues,” said David Mattiske, Viterra’s Chief Executive Officer.
Phil Hughes, previously General Manager Trading ANZ at Viterra, has been working for Viterra for 15 years and has led our marketing activities across the region since 2014. Prior to this, Phil also spent time at Viterra’s office in Singapore, managing our Asian marketing operations.
